My brother-in-law's wife is from Mexico... Wow.. What a culture clash... Now mix in that my brother-in-law and his family live in Taiwan! This sounds like a plot for a sitcom! It is her schtick, it's not this: It's not To the uptight and low-key Anglo, many things in Latin cultures seems over-the-top and in your face. I'm half Spanish and grew up more with the Spanish side and nobody ever went around saying their name like she does!
