Dr. Fong Posted May 10, 2010 Share Posted May 10, 2010 I remember in once instance a certain player was actually growing a marijuana plant OUTSIDE. That brings back memories. When I was in college I lived off campus in some townhouse apartments. Our neighbors decided to grow a plant in the fenced off patio area.
