Some great songs here.

Damien Marley - Welcome to Jamrock (most of that CD actually...same title)

Sublime - Summertime

Citizen Cope - Son's Gonna Rise

Dr. Good Size - Pineapple Song (a little more upbeat, but one of my favorite "good mood" songs ever. It's from the opening montage scene in After the Sunset).

Good call....Citizen Cope is awesome. My favorite song of his is "Sideways"

I'll add Amos Lee's "What's Been Goin On", Bruddah Iz's "over the rainbow", anything from Eva Cassidy, anything from Ray LaMontagne, and my guilty pleasure = "Right Round" by Flo Rida B-)

So BLZFAN will be putting the final touches on opening the inground pool for the season this weekend. I would like to put together a great list of songs (via mp3 or CD) to relax to, particularly on hot, tiki torch-lit southern nights. I'm 39 and pride myself on having an eclectic taste in music, so any genre, any time period will be acceptable, as long as you think it blends with great drinks and starlit nights.

New one for you, I heard Luka Bloom on Sirius today (The Loft 29), been listening to some of his stuff on youtube this evening....

The Loft and The Coffee House are two of my favorites when "chillin' out".
