Canadian Bills Fan Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 I was recently given a signed picture of Rick Nash from a co worker who says that she is related to him. I have no reason to doubt her but I am curious to see if it is real or fake. Details on the pic, Its an 8x10 pic of when he played in the Sweedish league during the lockout Signed in blue ink I googled his signature and it looks the same. Any advice? and no I havent taken it to a store or collector to have it looked at
BuffaloBud Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 Might not be the "right" way, but I look for some type of impression on the back side of the paper. Stamped or printed sigs won't leave that mark. Plus, he played for Davos in the Swiss league - not Sweden.
Canadian Bills Fan Posted May 6, 2010 Author Posted May 6, 2010 Thanks. I can see the signature from the back of the page when I hold it up to the light but I still cant tell
