Ever Since '86 Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 Your famous! http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post?id=13433
San Jose Bills Fan Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 Enjoyed the read. Seems like you said that the scheduling changed so that you were deprived of the opportunity to interview Booker. Considering that was the case, you did an excellent job writing the piece. I hope you get a chance to revisit this subject at around the time of the induction ceremony...complete with some quotes from number 24.
Blaise321 Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 Really enjoyed the article Lori. My dad took me to many games back then and remember watching Edgerson play. I became a die hard Bills fan in 1963.
The Big Cat Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 Kudos, Lori! Now if you could just find a way to get Roger Ebert to retweet your stories, you'll have reached everyone on the interwebs!
erynthered Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 Will the publishing of the article pay at least your electric Bill? Free's no fun. Though sex can be, not that I would know.
lets_go_bills Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 I had to google "dap". Per the urban dictionary: The knocking of fists together as a greeting, or form of respect. Word!
The Tomcat Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 Congrats Lori. Your articles are well written, entertaining and informative.
LGB Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 That was an interesting article on Edgerson (my Grandfather used to tell me stories about games at the "Rockpile"). Hey, just wondering if there might be a chance that Van "fasten your seatbelt" Miller makes the WOF? From the Bill's inception as an AFL team in 1960 to 1971, and again from 1977 to the time of his retirement in 2003, Miller was the longest-tenured commentator with one team (37 years) in pro football history.
KRC Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 Nice job, Lori!! Booker is a great guy. I always enjoy talking to him.
