My question is, do the actual tickets show both the license fee and the cost of the ticket, or just the cost of the ticket? Thanks.

Both. It goes something like this.... Ticket price $52 License Fee $57.50 Total $109.50 This is from a 2006 season ticket I happen to have nearby.
