BradRiter Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 I guess you think Bledsoe will win the 2004 Superbowl MVP for the Bills then. Cause that will be the next award for a Bills player. 139042 I was referring only to REGULAR SEASON awards.
ch19079 Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 8-0 as a starter is hard to beat. and hes a QB. they wont give it to a RB who didnt play for 4 weeks. if he gets a 200 yard game then ok, but not until them. we do play the dolphins this week...
_BiB_ Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 I don't think that the money or the politics are going to let it go to an outside the playoffs team this year. Just a hunch. Probably 80% of football watchers (not fans) don't really know what they are looking at, anyway-so Big Ben will get it based on hype. No one is going to pay attention to the fact that those wins are coming through defense and six miles of running per game. Unless he totally takes a dive.
Indy Dave Posted November 30, 2004 Posted November 30, 2004 Not if he has to play in NE or Pittsburgh in January...When is the last time the guy played in cold , windy weather.... ah yes.....Last year in NE.... (and I hate NE!!!!) 138953 Not for nothing, but Kansas City is pretty cold in January and a tough place to play no matter what month it is. Peyton and the Colts went into KC in the playoffs and beat them. So there's the answer to your question, CarolinaBill. That KC win came a week after they destroyed the Broncos in the first round of the playoffs (in Indianapolis). Then they lost to New England 24-14. And GG...you need to get your facts straight. He won in the playoffs last year...twice. And to suggest that Willis is deserving of Offensive Player of the Year is kind of ridiculous. Willis would have to go for 800 yards and eight touchdowns in the last five games (here's hoping he does that), and Peyton would have to have his right arm chopped off.
