Hovan is purely a 4-3 guy while he might be able to play DE in a 3-4 I doubt he is better then what we already have. Stroud, Edwards, and even Carrington are either better or have more potential. Pass for us a 4-3 team like the Giants, Atlanta, or the Texans should take a look guy could provide a nice 3rd DT in a 4-3 guy is tough and keeps your team from getting worn down if you rotate him in off the bench.
