Are the Bills hoping a CBA is reached by this time next year that will put a cap on how much a rookie can be payed at a QB position? I'm NOT saying that's the reason so before you start to flame I'm saying COULD it be the reason? If so that's pretty sad. I didn't like this draft outside of Spiller but I'm hoping Nix and Co know what they're doing. I think the Bills will win about 4 games this year with the current roster but I hope i'm wrong.

I think it was more of a performance issue. Again SEA, OAK, and CLE all had QB needs and they all also passed on Clausen in the 2nd. And for all of the Edwards hate here and in the media for the past few days, who can you honestly say that you feel confident would beat Edwards out in training camp outside of Bradford?

This is not a short term rebuild remember. Everyone was saying this, but I'm still not sold on Bradford. I admit I didn't see much of him in 2008, but the long time off last year can't help him. I still get the feeling he's too green for the NFL right now. That said, I don't think the QB class this year was stellar enough despite the hype. I wasn't terribly sold on Clausen or McCoy, either.
