Rubes Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 The Sam Adams quote from Sullivan's "I'm Grumpy 'Cause I Can't Be Negative" column is just classic. "I think we have the league where we want 'em," Adams said. "They don't respect us or think we can get it done. But in order to beat us, they have to take it from us, and we're not giving it up that easy." I just think this, and everything we're hearing from the players, is really good news for us. Maybe not this season, but certainly for next year and beyond. I think everyone on the team is beginning to realize that Mularkey really does have a clue, they're starting to believe in him as a coach. Hell, I'm believing in him as a coach, but if he's getting the attention and respect of this team, that only means good things in the future. Guys will want to stick around this team. And next year, from the start of the season in Week 1, we'll have a team full of guys that know what they're supposed to do and believe in it. Me likey.
HtownBillsFan Posted November 29, 2004 Posted November 29, 2004 Its nice to hear positive comments out of our players. They really havent played bad ball, just a few stupid plays, calls, etc.. per game. Hopefully we keep up the winning to go into the off-season on a good note.
