NY Nole Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 I'm assuming the USC OT will be gone by the next pick. Does anyone have any insight on what good OT's are left?
bills_fan Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 I think we may try to trade back in and get him. The USC T and the Maryland T Campbell are still out there as of Pick 49 and our next pick is 71.

John Cocktosten Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 What's wrong with the sweet combo of Bell and Green?
BuffaloBillsMagic1 Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 why would we want OTs? We have Jonny Scott and the stiff rom Oakland in those spots. OTs are overarted. Lets just draft WRs and DBs and fool everyone.
Doc Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 There's also the sex offender from Abilene Christian... There's also that Fordham LT who wasn't invited to the Combine.
bills_red Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 let the draft fall to you, there will be a good OT in R3 if they go that way.
BenchBledsoe Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 We were all hoping for OT help in free agency, we didn't do that and all the excuse makers said forget FAs, well get our OT in the 1st round . . . then the same line and insert "2nd round" . . . and now insert "3rd round". Reality check time. Our OL is at best going to add a 3rd round OT to the mix and then maybe a late rounder. This OLine will be about what it was last year, by definition.

Maybe the Bills aren't looking for a LT at all?
drewfla Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 The picks are arrogance pure and simple. We are smarter than everyone. We pick in 2 seconds because no point in considering trading down its too much math for Buddy. Lord knows he'll be better next year, most seniors are morning guys. He's probably nodding off right now anyway.
bills_fan Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 NT was a huge need...just as much as OT. We're at pick 51 and still lots of OTs on the board for us at 71.

BenchBledsoe Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 Maybe the Bills aren't looking for a LT at all? And they aren't looking to upgrade our QB "package" either, I bet

Not that that really means that much, but Buffalo does seem to turn projects into Probowlers.
