Personally undecided. I didn't think it was broken before but that doesn't mean it couldn't be improved upon.

 

And they could further tweak it, eliminating Thursday night.

 

But the ratings Gods will make the decision. It's a business decision, not a fan decision.

 

And then there's the discussion of the hard-core fan versus the casual fan.

 

Could you revise the poll to include "undecided?"

It's a trade off. It's really bad for the west coasters who work 9-5. And I personally don't like it because Draft Weekend was one of my favorite weekends of the year and you just can't do it up like you could before. But it's definitely here to stay because the ratings will mean a bunch of money to ESPN and the NFL (Network). And it allows for more intrigue and trades. But personally, again, I would prefer the weekend version.

And yes, for the idiot casual fan (which there are plenty of, especially here, as I've learned), I guess it's fine. But for the die-hards, for the people who actually anticipate spending a whole Saturday on this stuff, this is horrible. This was an event. But yes, it's all about the almighty dollar. Just like playing in Wembley every !@#$ing year.
