Lurker Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 Always draft the potheads. They are less trouble. Too funny: "Quarterbacks are like cats or teenage girls: It’s impossible to tell what the hell is going on in their flighty heads or know how they’re going to act even five minutes from now. Do like Bill Parcells does and use your high-round picks for real men: left tackles and pass rushers."
boyst Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 The second article points out something I have always believed! Why spend so much thought on fine picking BS of the draft! Yes the first round or two is where you need to put some emphasis but when a person has talent than what do you worry about? All of these glamour boys are a joke! Anyone who thinks guys like McCoy, Clausen, and other big names will make it are fools. Gerhardt is an example of a guy with something to prove, who has the tools needed to give a team 5 to 6 years of good play. Everyone wants a Brett Farve, Barry Sanders, Bruce Smith, etc when all we ever need are guys who just play football!
Stampede Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 good for Starks, i would support him. the second link is totally hilarious (and most possibly true on every account)!
