I can only imagine the emotional court scenes.

 

The lawsuit claims that the Defendants sold certain gasoline-powered lawn mowers and lawn mower engines with false

and misleading horsepower ratings. The Defendants deny these claims and deny that they did anything wrong. The

lawsuit does not concern the safety of these lawn mowers. The parties have agreed to resolve this case by settlement.
