He wants a chance to start? Buffalo sounds like the place. The friggin' job is wide open right now isn't it? Would it hurt to sign him at vet minimum plus bonus incentives if he wins the job?

Leonidas Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Marc Bulger - one of the toughest guys to play the position - hasn't been relevant in years. We can let him and Culpepper fight to the death.
DDD Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 He'd be an upgrade over the crap on the roster now which is a sad statement.
WordByrd Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 He'd be an upgrade over the crap on the roster now which is a sad statement. I'd take Trent over Bulger every day
San Jose Bills Fan Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Yes, I've heard of him. Therefore he'd be excellent. He'd be a much better acquisition than Troy Smith. Also, he doesn't have tiny hands like Clausen or t-rex arms like Bulaga.

bills in va Posted April 20, 2010 Posted April 20, 2010 Just sugar. Not to be disrespectful but that picture looks a bit fem. Is this a joke or somebody we are supposed to know? Is it Trent Edwards boyfriend maybe? Don't get it.

I think he is a better option then any current roster QB, as well as Campbell or Smith. Bulger is not long term franchise QB, but he could get a few quality years in while the Bills rebuild. I say get LT in this draft then maybe go QB in rounds 3 or higher, or wait until next year to find franchise QB.

Also, at vet min he could be a decent mentor/backup for a new young Clausen QB
