The Bills have many needs and it will do no good to have player hold out in training camp. The process of vetting should screen for this. The top three guys have to want to be in camp early to succeed as football players. The Maybin holdout last year was the organizations fault for drafting him. They really did not properly judge his maturity level before the draft. Let's not have a repeat of a signing fiasco. The guys we draft have to want to be here!
