Blacks are 30% of Federal Clerical employees

 

If George Bush's administration had hired 85% white workers or if a conservative Hispanic president's administration like Mel Martinez hired 20% hispanics to federal job they would be crucified for it. Why the double standard?

As a government consultant, I have a confession to make: the double-standard exists for no other reason than to piss you off. Really. I've seen the memo.

I guess this means we have to blame the incompetence of many Federal agencies on the majority of white workers that are employed.

Racism is just that: Racism. There is no such thing as reverse racisim, and that implies that only one race can discriminate against another and not have it go both ways...
