papazoid Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 Haynesworth is a beast......his contract is now a very reasonable 3 yr/ $16 mil.....i'd give my second or even a first round pick for him. he commands double team....your gonna need 6 quality D lineman....we have two. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/...very-tradeable/
C.Biscuit97 Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 Classic example of a fat scumbag who turns it on in a contract year. The Titans had a very suspect run defense before Haynesworth's contract year.
Thurman#1 Posted April 7, 2010 Posted April 7, 2010 He's not suited for the 3-4? He's 6' 6" and weighs 350 pounds! What the Hell is he suited for, a speed rusher? He just doesn't want to play NT because it's hard work and not glamorous. Poor Fat Albert! He's got a $21mil bonus coming and he doesn't want to play NT. Boo Frickety hoo. Who needs that crybaby underachiever at that money? Maybe they'll cut him before the big pay day and and he can ponder what position he feels like playing this year. Or maybe he's really not suited to it. In the 4 - 3, he was a wrecking ball. In the 3 - 4, not so much. There's a lot more to being a nose tackle than being big.
