We wanted to do things that were good for us and good for Donovan and we felt if there was the right mix there that is what we would do." Or, how about this: "As far was Washington goes, we thought this was best for Donovan," said Reid. Or Shefter's twitter: "Bottom line: Donovan McNabb preferred not to go Raiders and handpicked Redskins, Andy Reid said Eagles wanted to make McNabb happy." For 2 years McNabb has refused a trade to anyone but the Redskins. Bills offered an extension, but McNabb wasn't having it.
