Chef Jim Posted February 9, 2013 Posted February 9, 2013 just had pigs ear the other night at a place called the Blue Goat here in Richmond...one true of the moment restaurant Localvore (check) snout to tail(check) Small Plates ( check) craft beers ( check) craft spirits (check) If there is a trend out there, they got it covered!!! as pretentious as it sounds, is actually pretty good. Food and spirits. The two main reasons I moved to SF.
