Assquatch Posted April 2, 2010 Posted April 2, 2010 She doesn't stick any floppies in her laptop does she? That's an easy way to get a virus.
Chef Jim Posted April 3, 2010 Posted April 3, 2010 She doesn't stick any floppies in her laptop does she? That's an easy way to get a virus. Those usually come from hard drives.
John from Riverside Posted April 3, 2010 Author Posted April 3, 2010 Was thinking maybe there are some setting in IE you need to check...go to "Tools" and "Internet Options" check the tabs "privacy" and security" and make sure they are not on high...that could block many sites and keep you from accepting cookies needed by many sites. I have three daughters and they all had computers through college and I learned a lot through all of their problems! Most of which were caused by bad stuff they picked up illegally downloading music. Bad, bad girls! And I am quite sure mine does that as well....she always plays the cool music and i have never bought her a cd
ExiledInIllinois Posted April 3, 2010 Posted April 3, 2010 Those usually come from hard drives. Even worse... Damn those external SCSI hard drives!
