Moats said he'll fly to Buffalo next Monday

Moats won the Buck Buchanan award, given to the best FCS defensive player in the country, and CAA defensive player of the year as a senior at JMU. His 90 tackles were the most among all I-AA defensive linemen, as were his 23.5 tackles for a loss.

Listed at 6-0, 246 pounds, Moats is expected to move to outside linebacker in a 3-4 defensive scheme in the NFL. Moats has said it's a transition he's comfortable with, since he played the same position at Churchland High School before coming to JMU.

Round 5?

I saw Moats play, and while he did well against the smaller schools. I like someone in the same conference, Trey Jacobs, who has more upside. He's a 300 DE with some pretty good quickness off the line. He seems a little out of shape when he plays and undisiplined. (I saw him several times and he seems to get offside more than a DE should). He is a beast though and no LT's could handle him.
