Stussy109 Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 I'll renew them all.... I would love to see what this team is capable of with some talent under center. the guy has worked wonders with todd stinkston, james trash, jason avant, reggie brown, and went to the superbowl with TO.
billsrcursed Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 IBTL Actually, why can't McNabb get the "Tebow" treatment and get his own pinned thread??

8-8 Forever? Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 how could you forget freddie mitchell?! j/k top guys like McNabb aren't coming anywhere near this screwed up franchise....
Omar Little Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 top guys like McNabb aren't coming anywhere near this screwed up franchise.... That decision is not in McNabb's hands.
Spiderweb Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 That decision is not in McNabb's hands. I believe it's been reported that McNabb can veto a trade to Buffalo if he chooses.
eball Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 In order to get McNabb, Buffalo will need to convince the guy it's worth signing an extension. You don't give up a high draft pick for a one-year rental unless you're a Super Bowl team-in-waiting. The good news is that McNabb is still a heluva lot better right now than Bledsoe was at the time the Bills made THAT deal. I'd be all for this, but I really don't think it's going to happen.
Just Jack Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 14 tickets? Scalper. Or he has lots of friends/family.
BillsVet Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 IIRC, McNabb wants a contract extension, given that he's in the final year of his deal. So merely trading for him comes with an additional price and I don't see this team willing to do that. Picks and money are not what this team is willing to give up at this point, season ticket sales or not.
Rob's House Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 That was a sneaky way of trying to get another McNabb thread under the moderator's radar.

billsfreak Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 That decision is not in McNabb's hands. Actually it pretty much is in his hands. No team (even the clueless Bills) won't give up a pick that high without him agreeing to a contract extension-which is up to him.
billsfreak Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 14 tickets? Maybe he is part rabbit and those are all his kids. I can see why this sorry arss team continues to sell out now?
turftoe Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 Wow, really holding them hostage, aren't we? If word of this reaches Russ Brandon he'll have to make the deal.
Russ 'Em Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 That decision is not in McNabb's hands. Love the Avatar
Cornerville Posted March 26, 2010 Posted March 26, 2010 I believe it's been reported that McNabb can veto a trade to Buffalo if he chooses. He cannot veto a trade to Buffalo but McNabb can NOT sign with the Bills after next year

Actually, he went to the SB without TO (who missed all of the playoffs) and lost the SB with TO
