CosmicBills Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 I'd still hit it. And true ... Nobody "deserves" health care. It's an exclusive-use resource, not an entitlement. And again, that's completely beside the fact. This law doesn't provide health care to anyone. I know you're hitting on the health care vs health insurance point (and it's 100% accurate). But this bill aside ... don't you think it's reasonable to expect the most powerful and compassionate country in the world to provide its citizens with the means to fight infection, disease and injuries in the same way that they provide the means to fight wars, fires and crimes? Take the bill out of it. On a purely hypothetical level. Isn't that something to strive for?
John Adams Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 This just became the stupidest thread I've ever seen. Take it back. I don't want to research 10 dumber ones.
Booster4324 Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Take it back. I don't want to research 10 dumber ones. He might be drunk today. Missed that one and fairly sure he missed the one on mandatory health care for those with religious beliefs, just skimmed that one though.
