It will be signed into law, about 30 state AGs are going to file a lawsuit on the bills Consitutionality regarding both whats in it and how it was passed, and eventually the SCOTUS is going to rule it completely UNconstitutional and kill it deader than a doornail. Let's hope not. If that happens we may have to rely on the republicans to actually work on Health Care Reform if they win big in November. That's a stroke of liberal genius, alright. They create a plan that makes health insurers go bankrupt so the government can step in and take over the same genius plan. Can't see anything bad happening there. It reminds me of an old episode of "Cheers," where Cliffy Claven is going through electroshock therapy and a doctor follows him around all day with a remote that triggers a shock through some device Cliff is wearing. Finally unable to take it any more, Claven grabs the remote from the doctor and yells something like "AHA! Now let's see how YOU like it!"
