Just Jack
How many people do you think will tune in just to see if Brett dies on live tv?
Steely Dan
Trump had to pick Bret or risk being the most hated man in America. I'm not saying Bret didn't deserve to win, just that it was close and I think that tipped the scales. JMO I'm glad he won, HRP came off a bit skeevy to me. I think Bret had to win because the Snapple execs said that he exactly captured what they were looking for (even though it seemed like Trump liked Holly's work better). BuffaloBud
The fact that Snapple matched the prize money and each BM and HRP got $250K it was a virtual automatic that Trump was going to pick BM.
ajzepp
I was a big fan of Poison in the late 80s, but I honestly haven't seen or heard a thing that BM has done since that time. Watching this season, I really have gained a lot of respect for the guy. Kind of weird how he can maintain all his "rocker" cred, but still establish himself as a loving father, caring spokesperson and sufferer of diabetes, a good friend, and very creatively intelligent, too. He's found his way onto my "most interesting people" list for sure. congrats, Bret!
