PTR Considering I'm far from "right winger", am agnostic, and don't think government has any place in education... I just don't like the tossing around of the word "all". PTR From that story, I don't see it as that bad. On the topic of political movements, including people who "follow the laws of nature" and "God" doesn't seem like a stretch. The US is NOT a Democracy but a Constitutional Republic so that's accurate. The other issues like BC vs BCE is a "who cares?" They Board is right to not include hip hop as a cultural movement worth mentioning in !@#$ing history class. That defense is brought to you by someone who despises public schools and is always ready to fight the religious nutcases. Apparently in your world saying "all conservatives think this way" or "all libertarians are whatever" is painting with an overly broad brush because those statements are obviously demonstratively ludicrous generalizations. But saying "all liberals (or progressives) are whatever" is just stating the obvious. Because everyone knows that while conservatives and libertarians are individuals who are capable of independent thought and have differing opinions on a variety of subjects, liberals are just a bunch of mindless, faceless, clones who have their opinions fed to them by the Pelosi & Moore Mind Control System. Just reinforcing reason # 347 of why it's insane for anyone not in lockstep with you and the VRWCJ to post more than the ocasional jibe on PPP.
