Deep2Moulds46
How about Whitner for Quinn? They just lost Brodney Pool, they could use a safety. Whitner clearly loves the idea of playing in Florida. Both players have been somewhat disappointing in their original cities. And, if you trade salary for salary, there is no increase in payroll, so there is no added pressure to play Quinn. All he would get here is an opportunity to compete. And let's be honest, if he can't win this competition, he probably can't hack it in the NFL.

Quinn didn't have the best stats in the world, but, in the Cleveland games that I watched, he definitely had some leadership qualities for a young kid. stuckincincy
What does Florida have to do with a trade to Cleveland? Beats me. Snowbirds? Population drain? I don't blame anyone for leaving OH. I'm open to a trade!

They get a hometown boy who becomes an immediate starter. It's really tough to evaluate Quinn. The Browns traded away all their offensive weapons but he hasn't looked good. I really don't know how he is better than any QB on our roster except that he was a former 1st rounder. I won't be against bringing him in but he has very little value. A 5th or lower that could be conditional would make sense.

billsfreak
http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4982407 Word is he probably could be had for a low round pick. I think it would be worth the gamble, what are you going to get with a 5 or 6 anyway that you couldn't gamble with the chance to get your franchise quarterback. Seems like a smart move to me, which means they probably won't do it.

billsfreak
What does Florida have to do with a trade to Cleveland? Cleveland Indians are there for spring training aren't they? Hey it is something that Cleveland has to do with Florida, trading Whitner to the Browns sure doesn't.
Adam
Brady Quinn is terrible. I prefer Fitzpatrick
C.Biscuit97
He looked pretty good against us. But then again............ He was 14-36 (39 %), 185 yds, 0 tds, 1 INT, and a 55.9 QB rating. http://www.nfl.com/players/bradyquinn/game...amp;season=2008

bobcat
Really? rather have Anderson...cost nothing but a contract...and he beat out quinn last year for the starting job.he also was a pro bowler
Big Hurt
I would offer a 5th round pick for him. Maybe with Chan Gailey's coaching, there is still hope for him.
