Just Jack Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 Beer seller at Mets/Citi Field replaced with younger worker.
Frit0 Bandit0 Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 "Your mother is an antique dinosaur, old cripple that we do not want at Citi Field." Damn that's a tough crowd
Jim in Anchorage Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 Beer seller at Mets/Citi Field replaced with younger worker. Pics?[of the 75 year old, of course]
Steely Dan Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 Pics?[of the 75 year old, of course] It's tough to argue age discrimination when the person who replaces you is 75. I thought it might be she was replaced by a 19 year old hottie.

PromoTheRobot Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 Block said she was marooned at a Shea booth where tips were scarce compared to the right field stand where she'd been for nearly two decades, pocketing $40 in tips on good days. $40? That's a good day? In New York City and a Taj Mahal stadium like Citi Field? That's just sad. The bar keeps in the right field bar at Bisons games make three times that on a Friday night. PTR
