Jets defensive end Marques Douglas finished the 2009 season with 64 tackles, fourth-best on the team. But an NFL source has told Scout.com that the Carolina Panthers and the Tennessee Titans are currently showing the most interest in the unrestricted free agent.

Douglas played a key role in helping the rest of the Jets defensive linemen learn head coach Rex Ryan’s defensive scheme since Douglas had played for Ryan in Baltimore during the 2008 season.

The 6-foot-2, 290-pound player entered the league in 2000 as an undrafted free agent out of Howard University. While playing for the Saints, Ravens, 49ers and Jets during that span, he’s started 91 games, appeared in 120, made 316 tackles and logged 20.5 sacks.

Seems like we should be interested too, but I guess we arent.

And Buffalo has done nothing. Awesome.

And Cromartie is now a Jet. Awesome.

You can't stop what someone else does nor can you react to it. Have YOUR plan and stick to it and that is what Nix and company are doing.
