Rob's House Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 At 37 he can only bring so much to the table, but he is 345lb of humanity to platoon or add depth at NT and he wouldn't exactly break the bank.
Steely Dan Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 He's waaaaayyy too old. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CeQMKdPNR0
manbeast Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 He's waaaaayyy too old. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0CeQMKdPNR0 32tks in 15 games is not bad for a NT. We are not talking about making him our franchise player or signing him to a multi-year contract he is a cheap stop gap and would add depth and experience.

seadog Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 Now you want Lions cast offs. We have really gone to the crapper.
lets_go_bills Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 I understand the Lions are likely to draft one of the two DTs. Despite that, if someone is cut by the Lions, you don't want him on your team.
Rob's House Posted March 6, 2010 Author Posted March 6, 2010 The lions are bringing in young DTs. He's not a cast off, he's just old. I'm not suggesting we plan the franchise around him. He could add depth. I know a lot of you think there are potential pro bowlers hiding around every corner but sometimes you take what you get.
