stevestojan Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 If it wasn't Thanksgiving, I would have turned this game off long ago. In fact, I think I'm about to now. Yes, it's tied 7-7, but this game is just pitiful. Boring. Sucks.... Anyway, happy thanksgiving!
Nanker Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 You obviously weren't around to watch much Chuck Knox coached teams. He got the team back on the winning track, but ooooooooooooohhh Lordeeee, some of dem games were less exciting than watching bread dough rise.
ICE Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 Are you catching the remarks esp from Aikman about them being stupid for pulling Henson? fuggin stupid move. Just like with harrington, is it Joey's fault they keep calling dink and dunk plays in Detroit? McMahon(sp) did absolutely NO Better. Maybe Mooch needs to look at his playcalling before benching his 1st round pick QB.
kdharge Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 Doesnt seem like Drew Henson Has a clue..............I'm Glad we didnt pick him up

Alaska Darin pointed out some reasons for Harringtons demise earlier, but how can a qb be a leader when he appears to be afraid?
Guest Guest Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 It is either this game or the Bears-49ers game on sunday night this year.
Thailog80 Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 That was a stinker. At least the Indy game had scoring....and scoring and more scoring.
Alaska Darin Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 Apparently you didn't see the 9-6 game started by Todd Collins against Indianapolis on Monday Night Football a few years back. BRUTAL.
Thurman's Helmet Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 It doesnt get much worse at QB than Jonathan Quinn. He was horrible.
Dennis in NC Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 It's funny to see fans (Dallas) calling for Drewwwww to come in, not to get the hell off the field like another Drew we know... Henson did look pretty lost out there - wondering where the shortstop er I mean the safety is gonna be... I'm surprised Parcells would put all of his hopes on 41-yr-old Vinny the T.
mary owen Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 that game was better than the Indy game. I had Julius Jones on my fantasy team, so maybe that's why, but i fell asleep watching Manning punch hole after hole in Detroit's already swiss cheese defense. To me the 1st one was the stinker. This one was at least tied at one point.
njsue Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 Thought the bears defense played pretty good without urlacher. But, Old Man Vinnie needs to retire. Drew Henson FLAT OUT should go back to playing third base in the yankees minor leagues. Wonder if Sandiego would trade Phillip Rivers to Dallas.

I think if Quincy was cut before the draft, we might have Henson and our first pick and Losman might have a star on his helmet.

Probably Rosen the board for a month.
pm73 Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 wasn't so boring for me as i picked up and started julus jones this week in my fantasy league. gave me superstar fantasy points!!!!
stuckincincy Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 Henson has some good wheels. Another few yards and he would have caught McQuarters after the pick.
R. Rich Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 That Monday Night Football game from a few years ago that was all FGs was worse.
stevestojan Posted November 26, 2004 Author Posted November 26, 2004 That Monday Night Football game from a few years ago that was all FGs was worse. 133756[/snapback] Did you hate watching it?

Nothing like watching an interception at the 20 returned all the way to the other 20 and then fumbled back to the team who couldn't do anything with it anyway. My kind of game.
Ramius Posted November 26, 2004 Posted November 26, 2004 I didnt hafta suffer through watching it...fox lost the video feed for about an hour so we were forced to listen to that crap of a game...
