sfladave Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 http://espn.go.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/...turning-to-fins Excellent news! Pennington's arm was never that good and certainly not after his 3rd shoulder inury which he still hasn't completely recovered from yet.
Buftex Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 ESPN is reporting (sorry, heard it on the radio) that the Pennington to Dolphins thing is not a done deal. In fact, Chad Pennington wants a "no trade" clause in his contract, which the Dolphins are not so keen on... he could be available.
dgrid Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 In fact, Chad Pennington wants a "no trade" clause in his contract, which the Dolphins are not so keen on... he could be available. yeah, doesnt want to move family again. plus he's content w/ being the 3rd stringer. Seems too complacent and non-committed to football. I do understand the family thing, but c'mon!
MattyT Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 Somewhat surprised Miami is entertaining this idea. Henne doesn't seem to need much mentoring and Chad's coming off his 37th shoulder surgery.

"We can rebuild him (again). We have the technology. We can make him better than he was before. Better, stronger, faster."
