Peerless Price trade.

Willis Trade.

finding Peters- until we !@#$ed that up.

Last year's draft besides the colossal !@#$ up known as Maybin

still in Buffalo

um........

Not much else that I can think of. What else?

I can write a Barry Brady like post of all the piss poor decisions this team has made.

Seriously- what other good decisions has this team made?

Pete, I think that Takeo Spikes was hall of fame material before the injury. That was a nice move by TD, and of course we were unlucky there too. :D

Spikes was a great signing. +1 more good move this team has done this century. 6 things done right this century. No wonder we are perennial losers

London Fletcher was a nice signing too.

McGee was a solid draft pick for the 4th round.

I would add dumping Bledsoe after 2004, but that didn't make up for trading for him & extending him. :D

Then we let Fletcher go. Didn't he make the probowl last year? Aren't we woefully thin at LB? Couldn't we still use Fletcher? And isn't retarded to switch to the 3-4 with no NT and scrub linebackers?

I will give you McGee :D

Yeah, never should've let him go. He never gets hurt & he's definitely a gamer.

Dick LeBeau was DC, that was another good move for awhile.

Throw in dumping Losman.

Can't give you that. With the pick we traded for Losman we could of had Aaron Rogers. That is why you don't draft for need. Don't try and make JP a QB, wait until an NFL QB is available. I am trying to feel better about this team Bill. That is not helping

on a side note- Claussen reminds me of JP. I have a bad, bad feeling we draft him

Seems like everything mentioned, except for releasing Losman was from the Tom Donohoe era...hmmm....still say we would be in much better shape now, if the oringal "Ol Whitey" had stayed a little younger...

That being said, I will give the second "Ol Whitey" one of the only kudos for his short time as GM, the signing of free agent Fred Jackson, pound for pound, the best football player on this roster, right now...

Fred Jackson absolutely! :D That was Marv, wasn't it?

Yeah, gotta add Fred Jackson.

Pat Williams wasn't a starter until 2000, don't know if you can count him.

Sam Adams was a good pick-up for awhile until he got too old.

Kelly, Thurman, Andre, Bruce, OJ, Lofton, Tasker, Paup, Talley, Bennett ...

this century brainiac. Bill Polian rocks

Yes...Marv was who I was referring to as the "second Ol Whitey"...if you recall, TD was referred to as "Ol Whitey"....
