Here is my Pumpkin Custard pie recipe..

Ingredients

 

1- 9 inch pie shell

 

1 -cup pumpkin puree

3 eggs

1 tablespoon all purpose flour

1/4 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 cups of 2 % milk

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

 

In a large mixing bowl: combine pumpkin, eggs, flour, brown sugar, white sugar,

salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and milk.

Beat until smooth.

Pour into pasty lined pie plate

Bake in preheated oven for about 50 minutes or until middle is set.

 

Dont forget to buy the coolwhip.

The TSW cookbook needs more cookie recipes. Any of your wives have filled cookie recipes they would like to share.

 

I like to try new cookie recipes. Like to give home baked cookies out as gifts to people.
