bkc Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 I threw for over 3600 yards last season, by the way my second year in a row throwing well over 3000 yards. Just for kicks when is the last time a bill qb threw for 3600 yards I threw 20 td's last season while doing this I was sacked almost lead leading 43 times I am jason campbell and I could be the next qb of the Buffalo Bills I do not get all the campbell hating. Is he the next Peyton Manning ?, nah . Could he be a long term solid nfl qb ? absolutly Can we get anyting better in the next two years? I don't see how ,but feel free to enlighten me
JStranger76 Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 I'm fine with it as long as we don't give up any high draft picks, like 5th or higher.
UBRx2319 Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 I threw for over 3000 yards last season I completed 62.5% of my throws I threw 19 td's last season while doing this I was sacked a lead leading 47 times WHO AM I??? I am J P losman after the 2006 season see how stats can be deceiving....

UBRx2319 Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 Not really, Losman was decent in 2006. I agree with you there, but Im just saying 1 or 2 "decent" seasons doesnt guarentee you'll be solid NFL starting QB as the OP suggests
5 Wide Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 how sad is it that 19 TD's looks like an impressive number right now
NoSaint Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 I agree with you there, but Im just saying 1 or 2 "decent" seasons doesnt guarentee you'll be solid NFL starting QB as the OP suggests You my friend are right. It certainly does not. we could go and pull the rug out from as many guys as we want -- try to stop us. realistically when a guy that has all the tools, and succeeds..... then fails miserably... there is something outside -- coaching? playcalling? poor quality of supporting cast? i think its rare for a "fluke" year for a qb. A few games, definitely. Playing a good season as the man in charge, is a sign you should be able to do it again unless something around you changes for the worse. and certainly someone will bring up an example to prove me 100% wrong, but in general if you can string together 16 games, you should be in decent shape for the long term.

bkc Posted February 25, 2010 Author Posted February 25, 2010 and still no one offers a realistic upgrade ....................
CarolinaBill Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 Jason Campbell = Big league arm + little league head Just say no. had to learn 7 playbooks in 8 yrs, and had a terrible line, not a good recipe for a quality qb
