Wilson from Gamehendge Posted February 22, 2010 Posted February 22, 2010 The UFA list has been released (http://nfllabor.com). Here is a list of players the Bills could potentially target at areas of need. WR Derrick Mason (Bal) Terrell Owens (Buf) Josh Reed (Buf) Kevin Walter (Hou) Antonio Bryant (TB) You don't think they will target Chris Chambers...or you just left him out because you don't want them to go after him? I think out of all of those, besides Walter, Chambers is the guy I would want most. I would also really like to keep T.O. for another year, but I doubt that will happen. He does have a connection with Buddy, so who knows. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/index.php?...=chris+chambers Chambers sure sounds like a fit, for relatively cheap!
BillsGuyInMalta Posted February 22, 2010 Posted February 22, 2010 Not only do I think Chambers is a likely option, I feel like he'll be at OBD for the first day of free agency.

Oops, actually that was just an oversight. Definitely add Chambers to the list.
CardinalScotts Posted February 22, 2010 Posted February 22, 2010 Only problem is the chiefs loved him too and are going to try and resign him
PDaDdy Posted February 22, 2010 Posted February 22, 2010 QBDante Culpepper (Det) Chad Pennington (Mia) David Carr (NYG) -- Slim pickings at the QB position This needed SERIOUS fixing. There are PLENTY more QBs available who are restricted but could be had cheap especially if their teams go in another direction. This doesn't even include straight up trades for guys like Mike Vick. Kyle Orton, Denver Broncos (27) – Restricted FA (UFA-CBA) Jason Campbell, Washington Redskins (28) – Restricted FA (UFA-CBA) Matt Moore, Carolina Panthers (26) – Restricted FA Tarvaris Jackson, Minnesota Vikings (27) – Restricted FA (UFA-CBA) Kellen Clemens, New York Jets (27) – Restricted FA (UFA-CBA) Troy Smith, Baltimore Ravens (26) – Restricted FA
JStranger76 Posted February 22, 2010 Posted February 22, 2010 Here's mine: best NT possible of course, but the best we can expect will be Hampton because of age, so be prepared to be let down and have to settle for someone like Jason Fergusen or Hollis Thomas if Hampton stays in the Berg. After that, I try and pair Ben Watson with Nelson. Watson can stretch the field and block while Nelson continues to learn to read NFL defenses and run crossing patterns and any other mismatch opportunities we can find. Next would be DE Dwan Edwards, who has 3-4 expirience and is a solid player as well. Finally, at WR, any of Walter, Bryant, or Chambers would be fine by me. No particular order here, but very realistic and effective free agency which would set up a strong draft.

Still pretty slim pickings...
