Man, sucks to be them.

Love the avatar.

Thanks!

I feel sorry for Wendling if the only reason he was cut was because he failed the physical.

They all like to think that those players were only bad because they were on a bad team. And they all think their own teams were not that bad. Like Buddy Nix said, "we are closer than you may think to be a good team." The problem is, every bad team think the same way.

What's the difference? It sucked to be them when they were with the Bills.

Bad teams have bad players.

Careful, you might hurt yourself trying to find fault with my post, when you and I both know there was just as much of a possibility they get snagged up by contenders. They didn't, they went from suck to suckier, and that sucks.

Does the NFL work the waiver wires like Hockey does? The worst teams have first rights to the available players? That may explain why bad teams always seem to get players off waivers since they get first choice at them

Unfortunately -- for those who seemingly live to trash the Bills -- that statement is not far off. When your team is either leading, tied, or within one score in the 4th quarter in 14 out of 16 games, you certainly are "closer than you may think" to being a playoff team.

The difference is coaching, and having a player or players who make those one or two plays in crunch time that turn the game in your favor.

Let's not sugarcoat it -- this has been the "lost decade." At least they're making what appear to be substantial changes in the way they operate to try and bridge this gap.

As for Derek Fine and Ashley Palmer -- I look forward to hearing their HOF induction speeches in 15 years. :wallbash:

Players that sucked, and went to teams that are just as bad or worse than we are. Unfortunately the bad news is that the others were cut because of failed physicals. Im hoping someone picks them up soon because I fear they will be back come training camp/mini camp to try out for their old jobs. Id rather that not happen.
