San Diego Bills Fan Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 If the Saints can build a championship team in four years, the Bills can if they can stick around long enough. Sean Payton is proof it's better to go with the young gun coach rathewr than retreading the coaches RW is bringing in. If they draft one of the QB's in the first round it will prove management has not learned a thing in the past ten years! We have bigger needs. As in both offensive and defensive lines Where's the BEEF?
PromoTheRobot Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 Everything being said about what the Saints mean to N.O. also applies to the Bills and WNY. I wonder if there would be as much feel-good sympathy when we get our turn. PTR

Bill Belicheck w/ Patriots = retread coach Tony Dungy w/ Colts = retread coach Marv Levy w/ Bills = retread coach Tom Coughlin w/ Giants = retread coach None of these guys won it all with their first NFL team, each made the Super Bowl (3 of them won) with their second. The only coaches in the last 15+ seasons to win it all with their first team, early in their tenure were Mike Tomlin, and Brian Billick. Fox, Whisenhunt, Lovie Smith and Callahan were in the mix as runners up, but 2-3 of them have been on the rocks as coaches since.
