stevestojan Posted November 23, 2004 Posted November 23, 2004 You guys might remember the post about the women selling a grilled cheese sandwhich which she thought had the face of the Virgin Mary on it on eBay. Well, after all the press, etc, it sold for $28,000 to GoldenPalace Casino. http://www.palmbeachpost.com/news/content/...dwich_eBay.html http://goldenpalace.com/welcome.php

Live&DieBillsFootball Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 When I saw that it had sold on eBay, I thought someone ran up the price as a joke. Can't believe someone would pay that. I took a stevestojan today and thought it looked a lot like Ron Artest. Maybe BF would make me an offer for it.

Nanker Posted November 24, 2004 Posted November 24, 2004 What gets me is who determines if these "Virgin Mary" images look like the real Virgin Mary? I mean, maybe they're a perfect image of Fast Kathy, or Slutty Rachel, or my Second Grade Teacher Mrs. Thomas? Why does it always have to be the Virgin Mary? Who really knows what she looked like? Could it possibly ever be anyone else? I'd like to have all of these images lined up side by side so we could do a comparison of each likeness. Maybe it's just an image of Benny Hill in drag. Too many people getting worked up over pretty little in my view. If the Virgin Mary wanted to make an appearance to inspire people she could use the jumbotrons on Sundays or appear on smart phones replacing the icons of skulls.
