Nah, I like JIA, he's ok.

Meh, I sent him a PM. He was doing that IMO because of PPP stuff. You shouldn't let that stuff cross boards IMO. Besides Beerball is more important than any petty rivalries.

Why give him any hints? He is frigging clueless.

Only in regard to your behavior. Nice of you to adopt a Avatar supposedly in support of someone on the board, then mock someone who ask's about it. What a two faced hypocrite. Dude

Who ever invented cell phones should be shot. :censored:

I totally disagree. Do you know how difficult it would be to carry on a relationship with only your parents landline? Kids just have to learn how to use them correctly, just sayin.

Go to the the colonscopy thread to see where you should shove that remark.

Blocking your number and not sending texts is a real good idea.

Why the hell is anyone old enough for an adult relationship still living with their parents?

Or die in a car accident caused by someone texting while driving.

Did you see the new study... Texting ban NOT making roads safer:

A national crackdown on distracted driving takes an unexpected turn today. A new study shows that the number of traffic crashes did not drop in three states and the District of Columbia after they banned drivers from using handheld cell phones.

The Highway Loss Data Institute, an affiliate of the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, examined insurance claims for crash damage in New York, Connecticut, California and Washington, D.C., before and after handheld bans took effect and found no reduction in crashes.

"Absolutely, we were surprised by these results," said Adrian Lund, president of the highway institutes. An Insurance Institute study in 2000 found that drivers talking on cell phones were four times as likely to crash as drivers not using phones. "The key finding is that crashes aren't going down where handheld phone use has been banned," Lund said.

Too bad they can't actually find out how many people obey the new laws.

what that report doesnt say is if anyone is even following the ban.

they can "ban" it all they want, that is basically just empty words. if no one is following the ban, and no one is enforcing it, of course it wont have any effect.

That is what I was thinking.

How would they know that (what you said). People get in a wreck and lie anyway. Like they are going to say: "Ya officer, I was texting."
