spartacus Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 Looks like Gailey and Nix are putting together a good staff. This is true - Ralph is again ahead of the curve He knows there will be a lockout in 2011 and he is assembling the perfect staff to coach a bunch of young, unskilled replacement players. By getting coaches well versed in coaching 2nd tier recruits at GT, bad talent at KC and NFL rejects in the CFL, the Bills will have a major advantage over all other staffs in 2011. not to mention the CFL dude will have an inside pipeline to scab players from Canada - a perfect tie-in to the Toronto connection. Ralph's plan is to win the Super Bowl in 2011 - nobody will remember if it was tainted by the lockout. Anyone know where Shane Falco is?

THATS STUPID that doesn't
spartacus Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 that is rediculous well - there has to be some explanation for the craptacular staff they are putting together
ganesh Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 Funny we aledgedly have talent on Defense? Ok then why did we never have a top quality rated defense with Fewell? Bottom line IMHO Caughlin just sealed his fate as NYG coach hiring fewell. The defense had too many injuries in the past and played a scheme that just did not have the necessary talent, Plus they missed out on their draft picks like McCargo, Whitner...... Finally, that small-sized defense had no chance with the horrific offense we have had in the past 10 years. A defense success is also determined by how long they are off the field too. When they spend more than 30 minutes of the game on the field their chance of success is much lower.
