nostyle126
What do you guys think? He goes way back with Chan. He is old school but a good offensive mind. Very experienced. He could be that pseudo-offensive coordinator Chan is looking for.

playman
would be another piece in assembling the most " experienced " coaching staff in the nfl. but heck, y not?
nostyle126
The guy started as a WR coach for green bay...and look at what Sterling Sharpe did. The guy worked as a QB coach for the Colts...and look at what Jim Harbaugh did (not the best QB ever...got his team to within a game of the superbowl). The guy worked as a QB coach for the Cowboys...the Cowboys had just about the fewest INTs in the league. The guy worked as a WR coach for Ga Tech...look at what "Fast Freddie" Smith...with Geis as QB coach, GA Tech sent at least one WR to the pros for 3 straight years...we're talking about GA Tech here. He also coached Calvin Johnson.
