njsue Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 I am tied with another co-worker for the office football pool. The pot is $250. We both picked KC. His total points are 44. My points are 51. Who do you think has the best shot?
Like A Mofo Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 If Holmes dosent play, I see a lower scoring game....but I dont have strong feelings about it either way
Corp000085 Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 me either... but i do somehow see KC showing up and making it interesting.
_BiB_ Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 I have a feeling the bad guys are going to pull something out of their azz in the fourth quarter to win, but I wouldn't pick against you.
njsue Posted November 22, 2004 Author Posted November 22, 2004 I was hoping that Trent Green can light up the pats banged up secondary.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 I think they'll score more than 44 points.
_BiB_ Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 I was hoping that Trent Green can light up the pats banged up secondary. 129592 I was sort of hoping that Drew would, too.
njsue Posted November 22, 2004 Author Posted November 22, 2004 KC has a much better Oline than the Bills.
Dan Gross Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 Oh, sure, now you're posting spoilers about tonight's game! I'm glad KC's gonna win it though... This is the 2nd week I put a number > 60 in the MNF total...last one was MIN/INDY. I think it will be a shootout. But I guess it won't, according to the SWAMI.
njsue Posted November 22, 2004 Author Posted November 22, 2004 My total points are 51. So at or above 51 NJSUE WINS THE BIG POT.
njsue Posted November 22, 2004 Author Posted November 22, 2004 I have that feeling that KC's defense is going to step up. Dante Hall is taking the rock to the house.
Guest Guest Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 I have that feeling that KC's defense is going to step up. Dante Hall is taking the rock to the house. 129633 Either defense stepping up is bad for you. If either team gets ahead by a lot, they will run the ball and chew clock. Maybe you should call the other person and agree to split the pot.
njsue Posted November 22, 2004 Author Posted November 22, 2004 KC should have the edge because the game is in there house. GO KANSAS CITY CHIEFS LIGHT UP MARSHA'S PANTY HOSE
BenchBledsoe Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 The Pats will pull it out, like they always do. The Chiefs will come out to play, but . . . the Chiefs will not be able to stop the Pats from going up and down the field all night long. The Chiefs will score quite a bit too. But, if it came down to who could make a big defensive stop late in the game, do you think the Pats or Chiefs defense is more likely to do it? Right, the Pats. . . that's why they'll pull it out.

Who do you think has the best shot? 129581 New England will come ready to play. Kansas City will become frusterated by New England's defensive schemes. I think New England will take it.
DCM Posted November 23, 2004 Posted November 23, 2004 Sue...Wouldn't you win if the point total were 48 or higher?
njsue Posted November 23, 2004 Author Posted November 23, 2004 Well half of the pot is better than nothing. I am a $125 winner.
