Bagel Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 Has anyone been following yesterday's disputed presidential election in Ukraine? The communist Prime Minister (backed by Russia) has high jacked the election -- stealing it from the pro-Western candidate -- and mass protests are occurring. President Bush's envoy, Senator Lugar, alleged "concerted and forceful" fraud by the government. Crazy stuff! I hope that democracy wins in the end. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/4033475.stm
stuckincincy Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 A bit. I'll pay some more attention - so far I've just been watching the "crawlers" or whatever they call 'em on the news channel. But the BBC has a huge credibility gap, IMO. I'll find some other sources.

KRC Posted November 22, 2004 Posted November 22, 2004 Now, if the UN were involved, this type of fraud and corruption would not have happened. You would never see fraud and corruption from something run by the UN. BTW, this should be on PPP.
