Stl Bills Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Just curious to what the reaction to Bradford at #9 would be? I'd be pretty damn happy if we drafted him, don't know if he'll be there or not though.
papazoid Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 yes....in a heartbeat...........but he will be gone by then.
FluffHead Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 I would take him or clausen if they were there
DarthICE Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 If we pass on him there then the front office has issues. The guy can be a hell of an NFL QB. Everyone here was screaming how we wished we could get him till he hurt his shoulder. It's fixed now, time to move on. Take him if he is there
Lockport Bills Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Yes. Especially if McClain is off the board.
Stl Bills Posted January 19, 2010 Author Posted January 19, 2010 I agree.......I like this guys mock draft for the most part but I'd probably throw in a LB in there somewhere....... http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=370619
bills_red Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 At 9? No. But lets see come draft day and see if his arm strenght and his shoulder test well.
truth on hold Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 it depends what we've done to address our LT issue, OL depth in general and what LTs are on the board. my feeling is that bradford would be a good choice. he looks nfl ready to me PROVIDED he proves he's fully recovered from shoulder surgery
Canadian Bills Fan Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 What if Bradford was off the board but Colt McCoy was there?
Nostradumbass Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 The Bills have had at least 10-12 calls from NFL QB's whom either want to be traded here or sign here as a FA. The list would blow your mind So to answer your question, no, we don't need to draft him

Brohm may be the answer there. If not, there will always be several decent QBs available, from trades, free agency or even further in the draft.
RyanC882 Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Yes. Especially if McClain is off the board. Only if McClain is off the board. QB's are risky business in the first round. Plus Pike and the QB from Central Michigan could be available in round 2 or 3.

Bills(70) Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 No, Buffalo should not waste the 1st round pick on Bradford. Buffalo trades Schobel, Denny, Mitchell and a couple other players for as many rd2, rd3 picks as possible. We need to offer Houston something for the 20th pick overall. 9th pick - McClain 20th pick - Cody (1 or 2 picks in the 30 to 36 range) next pick - Campbell (OT Maryland) Another pick prior to 41st pick should be the best depth pick for DL or OL possible. 41st pick -Lefevour (HERE IS YOUR QB. PROVEN TALENT AND WILL BE HERE IN THE DRAFT, YOU HAVE TO TAKE HIM)
Ghost of Rob Johnson Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 What if Bradford was off the board but Colt McCoy was there? Then we don't take a QB round 1.
Canadian Bills Fan Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 41st pick -Lefevour (HERE IS YOUR QB. PROVEN TALENT AND WILL BE HERE IN THE DRAFT, YOU HAVE TO TAKE HIM) He does not have a strong arm. No thanks

Welcome To Pegulavilla Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 The QB that best fits Gaileys spread offense system is Tim Tebow. Will he be the 9th pick overall? more than likely not but don't be surprised to see the Bills trade down later in the 1st Rd to select him or stand pat at 9 and take a chance and hope he's still there in the 2nd Rd.
