ExWNYer Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 A class act...he will be missed... http://www.buffalonews.com/opinion/columns...5539.html?imw=Y Thanks for the memories and good luck, Bobby. You were an island paradise amid a sea of dreck will truly be missed.
murra Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 The one dude we didn't run out of town the last fifteen years.
gobills28 Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 It's a shame we let him go. He is a great coach and a real stand up guy. I think he at least deserves an interview for the interim coach or the head coach position. I'm not saying he's qualified to be head coach just yet, but he was certainly more qualified than anyone else on that staff. I used to love watching videos on Buffalobills.com of Bobby April coaching his squad in the fieldhouse. He was so organized and passionate and his statistics show the rest. This letter in the Buffalo News was short and to the point, I can't see any other coach in the Bills organization past or present doing something like this, other than Marv ? WE'RE REALLY GOING TO MISS YOU BOBBY. GOOD LUCK IN YOUR QUEST TO BECOME A HEAD COACH!
Tcali Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 A class act...he will be missed... http://www.buffalonews.com/opinion/columns...5539.html?imw=Y The 'second ward'?...Yeah I just had a shot and a beer there with Jimmy Cagney the other day after the Graziano fight. Too bad u were snubbed Bobby. Shoulda been our head coach.
murra Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Is it safe to say that absolutely every single person would rather have April be the coach than some guy named Chan? Was his first name a typo? Honestly though, even acknowledging our poor special teams this season, I would still accept April over Gailey.
