  1. 1. What are your thoughts.

    • Yes, Chan is a former HC with experience. Beats another 1st time HC!

    • No, I'd rather have a young assistant that may have an upside.

    • No, I'm in awe of this signing...it can't get much worse as a bills fan.

Successful stints as OC in 3 cities, plus HC experience. Teams are always in the playoffs.

Yep, for a team whose offensive is a complete disaster, this is the worst hire ever.

I voted #4 but I'm leaning towards #5.

Chan Gailey...lol really?!? Seriously?!?! LOL!!!!!

1st: i find your choice of words in the last option pathetic - die???? die???? really, really pathetic

2nd: he is obviously not the popular choice - but he has been a part AS A COACH of many division championship teams. maybe baby steps first - a winning record - playoffs - divisional championships - right now id be happy with that improvement.

Buddy Nix-Chan Gailey FEVER----CATCH IT!!!!!!!!!!!! Leave it to Ralph to throw an anvil on the optimistic buzz that was around this fanbase a few short weeks ago.

I'm surprised to see so many people vote for 1 & 2.

While he may have a good offensive mind, his skills as a hc are questionable. He would have made a good oc

Voted #2. I wanted a guy with experience over another 1st time HC...this is what Ive been puking up to anyone who would listen to my sorry ass, so I cant change now.

VERY uninspiring pick for HC though.

I'll wait to I see who they hire for OC & DC before judgement.

I agree with what KD in CT and erynthered said. Buddy Nix discussed that the coaches are key in developing players, so if they Bills hire solid coordinators this could be a decent hire.

it's a good hire -makes alot of sense

Yea it makes alot of sense if you are Ralph and have screwed up the organization to the point that no coach with a chance of turning this mess around will even consider coming here.
