Unorthodox play-calling.

 

A bit more (compared to Norv Turner's offense) pulling of OLs.

 

He challenges you to out-think him.

 

These all sound good to me.

 

A "running game that is geared more to the outside." That doesn't sound good to me. Hope he's referring to the pulling guys and not talking about giving up on the power game.
