Good DC and OC and a great GM made the 90's Bills. Example if the 90 Bills coached by Levy played the 09 Bills coached by Levy and the 09 F.O and asst coaches who would win. The 90 Bills of course. If Juron coached the 90 Bills they would beat the 09 Bills no mater who coached them. The players win games coaches can only lose them. The most important guy in a football org. is the GM.
